///PERSBERICHT

///NEWS
Monday 9 November from 10am t0 5pm the AMFI – Amsterdam Fashion Institute and ArtEZ Institute of the Arts (Modelectoraat & general studies department dAcapo) are holding an international symposium entitled Beyond Green, Good Design, in the World Fashion Centre in Amsterdam. A variety of guests, including sustainable designer and consultant Kate Fletcher, will be giving their personal perspectives on the theme. The aim of the symposium is to provide information to students and teaching staff in higher education, and to stimulate them to develop a vision of their professional responsibilities which goes further than merely following ‘green’ fashion trends.

This year I&A, Ingrid Horsselenberg & Annouk Post, are organizing the Beyond Green Gallery for the second time. The objective is to inform and inspire visitors in different manners in the field of sustainable fashion and textile. The Beyond Green Gallery will be divided into four areas: the Information Space, the Showroom, the Exhibition, and the Swap Store.
