///DESIGN Architecture
Have a look at the winning design of world’s first zero carbon, zero waste city powered entirely by renewable energy sources! LAVA (laboratory for visionary architecture) won the international competition for the design of the city centre of Masdar. A high profile competition in which world’s most leading architects participated.

Masdar is a planned eco-city in the United Arab Emirates, located 17 kilometres from Abu Dhabi. This city is planned to be completed by 2016. The white giant umbrellas will provide moveable shade in the day, store heat, then close and release the heat at night in the plaza. A magnificent design which is based on the principles of sunflowers.

The city centre includes a plaza, five-star hotel, long stay hotel, a convention centre and entertainment complex and retail facilities.

///FASHION Street
Do you recognize this? Once being 13, dressing up and dancing on ABBA? Check out this happy video on the blog of little Tavi.

Tavi about herself: ‘Tiny 13 year old dork that sits inside all day wearing awkward jackets and pretty hats. Scatters black petals on Rei Kawakubo’s doorsteps and serenades her in rap. Rather cynical and cute as a drained rat. In a sewer. Farting. And spitting out guts.’
MUSTHAVE

This awesome designwise print on the T-shirt was a painting first which was inspired by YSL. After numerous people begged Tavi to make it into a shirt, Tavi translated it to this MUSTHAVE item. And yes it is 100% Certified Organic Cotton in Collaboration with Borders&Frontiers.
